I have this issue too. The itch client needs proper version numbers on the game files to work correctly. Right now it can't figure out your game's files, so it's throwing a message saying there are no compatible versions. This affects new installs as well.
I'll take a look at it and bring it to my software guy when he's available. Thank you both so much for letting me know this happened! I promise we'll do our very best to get it working for you ASAP
Ohh things are get SPICY (and scary) ,the new sprites for the other characters were delectable ,it's nice to put a face on those voices ,I think they all fit nicely! Using the font and editing the text itself was a good way to convey tone/mood, don't know if it was in the first update, but I definitely noticed it in this one.
Very much enjoyed this update, the plot thickening too, will be patiently be awaiting next update !

NGL the only reason I found this VN was because a friend contacted me and was like "Ohey look, it's a mini-you" so ofc I played through 1.1 and I'm already HOOKED! To be honest, I don't even care he's a thirst trap right now, this murder mystery has already got me cooking up theories n junk. Can't wait to see more! <3

I really liked the demo! I was actually thinking while reading that the Zenalyrian would prolly have a superiority complex and was happy to see my prediction was right!
Kai and Atticus are prolly my favorite characters from the demo.
Not to say I dont like Eco and Acadia they just need some time to grow from their biases.
Also prolly a minority here but im intriqued by vulperus. He just kinda screams red herring and him being an 'alien' is truly interesting. I wonder how he'll develop alongside the rest of the cast

HI! Thank you so much for the error code. I personally am just the writer of the visual novel, so the tech stuff is a bit over my head, but we are aware that there is an issue for Linux. I BELIEVE (don't quote me on this. I will get in contact with my software guy to see about the fix) But some other people say if you rename the game file (it currently is written as "Game") if you just rename it to "game" (Lowercase.) It might fix your issue! let me know if that helped!

A bit of feedback: 1. You supply the linux python distribution and executable with the "*-pc.zip" file, so you can mark that file as compatible with linux. 2. I recon, "Game" directory should be renamed to "game" (all lower case). Since "Reconnected.py" is looking for "game" directory, it should be named accordingly. Otherwise currently it has to be renamed manually to be able to launch the game under linux. 3. Black font on dark blue background is rather hard to read, in my opinion. Talking about the itch page. 4. The story describes the only character, that currently has a sprite, as absolutely massive, while the sprite is very "normal" in terms of usual sprite-to-scene ratio. Maybe something here needs adjustment? Maybe it's the lack of any reference as of now, I'm not sure. Otherwise, good read and an interesting premise for a first build.

Simply amazing! Never felt this on edge reading something! The plot, the lore.. it's all brilliant! It's like drinking an infinite dose of dopamine.
I love the idea of a sci-fi visual novel where you get to explore another planet and the culture and see all the interesting characters and/or species with it! I think this is mainly because I am in love with space and space travelling in general; the universe is just so fascinating! Although, I'm a little sad at a certain somebody being straight, haha!

Not a bad first build! I'd have liked a bit more consideration into the realism of space travel. I think it would've helped the world building. Since the MC is from Titan, he'd've had some trouble adjusting to a planet's high gravity and would not be used to a natural atmosphere with different gas concentrations. This might've been a bit more realistic than the 'star sickness' approach you took. I'm a massive sucker for hard sci-fi, so I am definitely biased in this opinion though! Otherwise it was a great first build and I am looking forward to seeing how the story progresses!

Thanks so much for the feedback <3 the reasoning I took with my approach was the playable character spent the last two months in training to adjust to Zenalyr's planetary conditions, and getting used to space travel! I also (albeit briefly) mentioned the teraforming generators on his home that adjust the planet to be more or less standardized to other habitable planets. I could definitely go back and add in more Sci-Fi to those descriptions!

I disagree with the notion that Eco is clearly the good guy since to me, he has a tendency to be pretty dickish shortly after meeting other people. I figured that was intentional though, since the story seems to be about overcoming prejudices and snap judgements, of which Eco, as well as everybody else, is guilty.

My only criticism is Arcadia. She needs to be rework. The idea of her being salty to Eco throughout isn’t appealing

It was ok, just needs to be finalized. And I see the reasons why but maybe tune it down a bit since Eco is clearly the good guy here
I disagree with the notion that Eco is clearly the good guy since to me, he has a tendency to be pretty dickish shortly after meeting other people. I figured that was intentional though, since the story seems to be about overcoming prejudices and snap judgements, of which Eco, as well as everybody else, is guilty.
Is the story linear? I feel the choices are there just for brief alternate reactions and no impact towards the story.
There are multiple endings, and your choices have serious weight!
