Reconnected VN

So, I didn't finished yet, but i wanted to give me honest opinion about the vn. I think it's a good vn, with a lot of potential but, if not treated carefully, can lead to dissapointment.

I'm liking it a lot and love Kai even more. I was very invested with the political theme and the murder trama. Kinda reminds me of beastars, some of the topics. 

The scene where Kai tells us about his past it's heartbreaking and it made me tear up. The art is amazing, and the music is well selected.

However, I fear that the seriousness of the vn is lost because of the fan service. I don't mind it, but I think some scenes could be better placed. For example, the scene where Eco has that nightmare about Kai eating him iS very long, thats fine, but then with the scene with Kai helping him to the shower it feels like the tension is too quickly broken for such a traumatic event. Also, it's waaaaay too descriptive and repetitive, sometimes. In the same shower scene, Eco is thinking again what he saw in his dream, when we already saw it a couple of scenes before, and I feel like there are some more scenes like that that could cut off some descriptions.

Also, Eco as a main character feel a bit comedic sometimes, so I have positive and negative feelings about him. He has nice scenes, in instance when he is more vulnerable with atticus. That was an amazing scene. But then, you have that scene where he gets overly sad because he doesn't have anymore peanut butter, just after his friend confesses him that he has been in a very traumatic war. I think it's ok, but not in that moment.

Still, I think it's a good vn and I will still keep following it,

AMAZING game, not one for mystery or gore (gagged at the body in the roof...) but you did it well enough to keep me reading, im close to finishing but i had to post this. Also spoiler?? (idk)

Vulterus represents valor, Kai courage, Eco compassion, and the shy fox (forgot his name) is innocence, ima tad bit confused why it says 2 have fallen. Im also just saying the names based on text coloring. pls help

10/10 The first game to guilt trip me for wanting to be top.

the protagonist is drinking the water and they describe it as sweet tasting!

I’m sorry but if I entered a foreign place and the tap water tasted sweet, I would be highly concerned because water shouldn’t taste like anything and specifically concerned because it’s sweet… which could mean the water is contaminated with lead.

I fell in love with this game. It got my attention when I saw the combination of horror and Sci-fi. I played it, thinking that it would be something like "Alien" but with furries; and I'm so happy to discover that this visual novel is much mora than that, creating an unique experiencie. I enjoy the little elements, like the details of the text that the creator of this game, uses to interact with the player, like breaking the 4th wall for moments to show you important parts of the story. The prologie catches your attention inmidiatly with the love letter to classic horror movies from the 80s and 90s; and making the player to want to learn more of the mystery about it. Each character is unique and develops their role in the story perfectly, making you care for each one of them, hate some when they deserve it, or showing you that sometimes, nothing is what it seems. I hand't finished it yet, because I'm taking my sweet time and enjoying every second of this experience. Thanks to the creator of this game, for making a wonderfull game, that is making me enjoy VNs all over again.

So i got the choice with kai that says there will be major consequences in the story i tried to choose fall back or keep the mask on and it says an error for the secret ending and i don't have what it needs and I'm no detective what so ever so can anyone help?

How do you unlock the “Keep on the mask?” option/result? I think I may have missed a flag earlier in the story.

I'm genuinely  interested in the plot and the characters, so it pains me to say this but ... the narration is so damn frustrating a times, it feels slow in a bad way, I feel like the mc is constantly repeating things or rephrasing endlessly what was said 30 seconds ago, some dialogues feels extremely long if I simply sum up what information were given yet I don't want to miss anything so I don't dare to skip a single sentence, but damn it's so fucking frustrating. No one else is commenting on this, so I guess it's a me thing...

Some Spoilers below; but it's mainly just some critique.

I'm assuming that the ability to Top is not quite yet implemented? because I'm assuming that the choice option is grey'd out because it's not added yet? I was quite dissapointed because personally I am a top myself and when given the possibility, I would really enjoy it.

Considering that you can pick a name and everything, of course I understand incase if the MC is meant to be a bottom but when Kai gives you the oppertunity to top; would be nice to actually indulge in that offer,

It's just weird to label the choice options as "Stay in the mask" and "Get out of the cage" considering that the MC is most likely a self-insert,

I dunno, I just wanna top Kai :3

I absolutely love the story. Everything just fits so good together. The art, the music, the storyline itself, and the expressions and designs of the characters. It's just perfect. I was instantly hooked. The update was also amazing! The character development of everyone was so well made. I especially love the music. If it's possible, could you share the names of the tracks that are public? It would be amazing to have easy access to them. Thank you for creating this masterpiece and I can't wait for the next update!

Ok first of all, WOW THIS UPDATE WAS INSANE! THE LORE, THE MYSTERY, THE BETRAYAL, THE ROMANCE, HOW THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE THE CHARACTERS COME CRASHING WITH ONE ANOTHER. Chills and excitement are an understatement to what I felt reading this VN. I personally think that the Villain at this point might even be Acadia, but that’s just my suspicion… Anyway thank you Author and all those who contributed for this amazing experience, I’ll patiently await for what this story holds. Also please ANYONE give Vulterus a therapist (And maybe a hug). One thing I personally don’t like but maybe it’s just me, is Eco’s eyes, they are a bit “dull” and empty not say the artist has done a bad job, far from it! But they lack emotion that glint maybe even some eye bags or something I dunno. Still hella solid job, love Kezza’s new design, i Hope in the future that Vulterus can get some love and maybe character development. XOXO see you next time PEACE!

Damn such a good update. I love how Eco feels like a good protagonist with his inner monologue and his own self issues, rather than a self insert.

And omg that last scene with Kai felt so cute and intimate, the music was top tier too, it really added to the feelings. I still havent seen the other option because i dunno how to get it, but it was so beatiful that im happy as it is.

And lastly, if we're getting updates with this quality. Please just take all the time you need to realese them!

First of all, OMG I LOVE THIS UPDATEEEE ISTG IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED IN THIS MONTH?? AND LIKE I LOVE HOW THE STORY GOES AND I LITERALLY CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT WHO THE DARK ONE IS?? (idk if this counts as spoilers : c ) I ALSO LOVE THE MUSIC AND I ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOUR WORK!! KEEP IT UPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

Edit: also, while I was reading some comments I noticed that most people get the option to be top grayed out and that it could be only unlocked by some choices and I had it unlocked without knowing that 😭 I still picked to be bottom tho.. 

First of all, I have to say that I really appreciate the release of the new version,  Thanks to the great author！

Then I have a small problem. In my first archive where I tried my best to make choices, when it came to that critical moment, the option for being top was actually grayed out? Moreover, I repeatedly tried many times afterward, using every possible combination of the options that appeared in every way I could imagine, but that button remained gray.

I guessed it might be an issue with my operation. Since keeping on the mask might not be a very good-looking option, I chose the least good option next time (sorry, Kai), but it turned out I was wrong, that button was still gray.

I also guessed that maybe I hadn't done well enough, so I tried to choose every seemingly perfect option, but this plan still didn't work.

So, does anyone know how to unlock that button? It really matters a lot to me 😢I mean……who will not want to be the top in front of kai?

Its been 5 months since last update i can't wait any longer xD vnm i survived the surgery i can wait I really can't wait for the next part i wonder why it's not as talked about echo and other vn? It has great theme hot characters amazing mystery supernatural amazing horror amazing art and CGI legit it has everything far beyond the world and far more or echo and it's still not talked enough its sad

I just want to point this out that the CG doesn't look like the 2nd screenshot and the Sprites are not there.

Question, Do Vulterus (or in general Vulperians ) clothes come with holes in it so they can pass through easily since the spikes on Vulterus body come from his skeleton or body structure(?). Also do all Vulperians have spikes or only the royal class ones? (BTW The animation looks sick add sound if u want, can’t wait to see what you’re cooking. XOXO)
